At Baltic Shipping Company A/S, we believe that people are constantly developing, and that the company must develop with them. When competencies grow, the organization should adapt accordingly. It is also a great pleasure to welcome former colleagues back. While it is never easy to say goodbye, it says a lot when people choose to return. It shows that we are doing something right and that the grass is not always greener elsewhere.
Several recent changes reflect this mindset. Isabella has been appointed Operations Manager, a role she has taken on through responsibility and commitment. The same applies to Lasse and Peter, whose titles are the result of dedication rather than the starting point. Emil has moved into the Chartering department as a Broker, and we are pleased to welcome Frederik Buus back after gaining experience elsewhere in the industry.
