We are proud to share several exciting updates that highlight both the growth of our business and the development of our people.
First and foremost, we would like to congratulate August and Anton, who have successfully completed their trainee programs. Both have chosen to continue their journey with us, and we are delighted to see them step confidently into their respective roles.
August will continue in Port Operations, where he has already distinguished himself by taking on significant responsibility in and around our activities in Copenhagen. His dedication and ability to handle complex tasks have made a strong impression, and we look forward to seeing his continued impact.
Anton will remain in Operations, where he is gradually taking on responsibility for more vessels. In addition, he will play an important role in supporting the handling of oil procurement. His steady development and willingness to take on new challenges make him a valuable asset to the team.
We are also pleased to welcome Tobias, who has recently joined BSC. Tobias brings with him many years of experience from a previous company and will be part of the Operations team. He has already integrated and is proving to be a great addition to the team.
At the same time, Max will be joining our Chartering team to strengthen our presence and further support both the team and our customers. Max also brings extensive experience, both from his previous company and from his time at BSC, where he worked with vessel operations and oil procurement. His knowledge and insight will be a strong asset in his new role.
It is truly inspiring to see how our company continues to grow, along with the increasing external interest in becoming part of our culture. Just as importantly, it is rewarding to witness how our employees are given the opportunity to challenge and expand their competencies through horizontal development.
